- All three sizes share the same shape, so the design looks the same at every size, just bigger.
How to measure
Body measurements (1 to 3) are taken on you, over light clothing, with a soft tape. Garment measurements (4 to 10) are taken on the piece laid flat and smoothed out. The numbers match the columns in each size table.
Quick check: lay a tee or a pair of shorts you already like flat, measure it the same way, and pick the size with the closest numbers.
On your body
- 1Chest. Around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, with the tape level.
- 2Waist. Around your waist where your shorts sit. Snug, not tight.
- 3Hip. Around the fullest part of your hips and seat, feet together.
Tops, laid flat
- 4Chest width. Straight across, armpit to armpit.
- 5Length. From where the shoulder seam meets the collar, straight down to the hem.
- 6Shoulder. Across the back, shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- 7Sleeve. From the shoulder seam along the top of the sleeve to its end.
Bottoms, laid flat
- 8Waist. Straight across the top of the waistband, relaxed, not stretched.
- 9Inseam. From the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to the hem.
- 10Outseam. From the top of the waistband down the side to the hem.

I’m between sizes. Which way do I go?
Find your size at the top of the guide tells you when it’s a close call. Most products also say which way to go: for the half tights, go up for comfort, or stay true to size for race-day compression. Still not sure? Contact us.
How should the half tights fit?
Snug. They’re compression, so they fit close by design.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Running gear, yes: within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging. Start it in your account, choose exchange, and tell us the size you want. Your new size isn’t held until your return arrives, and if it sells out in the meantime, you get store credit instead.
Can I return a graphic tee or hoodie that doesn’t fit?
No. Posters, graphic tees, and hoodies are printed to order, so they can’t be returned for size or a change of mind. Check your size before you order. If one arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we replace it free.
