Here is when your order leaves, when it lands, and what it costs to get there.
Shipping costs
- US orders over $125: free standard shipping.
- US orders under $125: $7 flat.
- International: calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and paid on delivery.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays. Orders placed over a weekend start the next business day.
One order, more than one package
Running gear ships from us in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Posters and graphic tees are printed and shipped by our print partner. If your order has both, they arrive in separate packages with separate tracking emails.
Tracking your order
You get a tracking email the moment each package ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after the label is made.
Changing or cancelling an order
Until your order starts being prepared, you can change the shipping address or cancel it for a full refund, right from your account or by asking the help chat. Once it is being prepared or has shipped, it can no longer be changed. For a package already on its way, the carrier can often redirect it or hold it at a local post office.
Marked delivered but not there?
Check around your door and mailbox, ask neighbors, and give it 24 hours, since carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early. Still missing? Chat with us with your order number and we will work it out with the carrier. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we reship or give store credit once the claim is confirmed.
