As of 2022, approximately 49 million people in America, constituting 19% of adults, have encountered package theft (source: https://www.security.org/). To alleviate the stress associated with such incidents, we manage the claim filing process for you.

When you opt for Shipping Protection at checkout, we comprehensively insure your order's full value. In the unfortunate event of a stolen package, we handle the claim process and offer to either reship your order or provide a store credit.

Key Points:

File a claim within 14 days of the package delivery.
For "Delivered but Not Received" claims, check your property and contact us if the package isn't found. A waiting period of 24-48 hours may be necessary.
All claims require a signed form confirming non-receipt for our insurers' purposes.
What We Do Not Cover:

Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information.
Delays in transit or orders stuck in customs.
Refusal of customs payments, leading to return-to-sender fees deducted from store credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for rejected/returned international packages.
Packages left outside, as per courier terms and conditions, waive the right to a claim.
How to Submit a Claim:

If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us at info@rnculture.com using the email address from your order. A customer service representative will assist you within 1-2 working days. Include in your claim:

Subject line: CLAIM for order #RNC12345.
A description of your issue.
Shipping Protection is non-refundable, and by selecting it, you agree to these terms.

Policy for Unprotected Packages:

For unprotected packages, we follow the claims policy with your selected courier to locate or declare the parcel as lost. This process may take 15-20 days, subject to the courier's discretion.

Note: We are not responsible for reshipping orders delivered with a signature or to an individual. If the carrier confirms correct delivery after an investigation, showing no signs of theft, we are not liable for that shipment.
