U.S. / Domestic Orders:

Returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn and unwashed merchandise within 60 days of receiving an order. Please note the following:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
• We do not cover the cost of return shipping for international orders or refund customs or duties.
• Exchanges will not be processed until the return items have been received at our facility.
• During the holiday season, anticipate delays in processing orders and returns due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience.
• Refunds are processed within 2-7 business days from the return delivery date.
• Items for exchange are not reserved until the return has been received and processed.
• If a return is processed after an item becomes out of stock, store credit will be issued.

International Orders:

Customers are responsible for customs and return shipping fees.

Provide the following details inside the package:

• RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please ensure items are unwashed, unworn, and have original tags. Personal items and out-of-stock exchanges are not eligible for returns.

We do not refund original shipping charges. You will receive an email notification once the return or exchange is processed.

Shipping and Handling Times:

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Expedited orders placed before 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
