200gsm matte, no glare, and the colours print the way they look here. If it lands and you hate it, tell us within 30 days.
What if it turns up damaged?
Send one photo. We reprint and reship free. No return, no questions, no form to fill in.
Do they come framed?
No. They ship rolled in a tube, unframed, so you can frame or pin them however you want. Standard sizes fit any off-the-shelf frame.
How long does it take?
Printed to order in the USA and tracked to your door, usually five days. Flat $7 shipping.
How does the bundle work?
Pick any 3 posters. At checkout the cheapest comes off the total automatically. Mix sizes and designs freely. Shipping is a flat $7.
How fast does it ship?
We print to order, no warehouse. Production takes 2 to 3 business days. US shipping is another 2 to 3 days. Most orders arrive within 5 business days, with tracking on every order.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email info@rnculture.com within 14 days. We reprint and reship for free, no questions asked. Every email is answered by a real person, usually within a day.
What sizes can I pick?
Three sizes per poster: 12 by 18, 16 by 24, and 24 by 36 inches. Default is 16 by 24 (our most popular). You'll pick the size for each poster after you build the bundle.
Are the posters framed?
No. Posters ship unframed and rolled in a protective tube. We use standard sizes so any matching frame from Amazon, IKEA, or Target fits. Keeping them unframed keeps the price honest.
What's the paper and print quality?
200gsm premium matte paper. Museum-grade pigment ink. Heavy enough not to curl, archival enough to not fade in sunlight. Same press that prints for galleries.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Print-to-order means we can't accept change-of-mind returns. But if it arrives damaged or wrong, we make it right. We stand behind the print quality 100%.
Why is shipping $7 instead of free?
Shipping a rigid tube costs us real money. $7 covers the carrier and tracking. Orders over $75 ship free. We keep the price honest rather than building shipping into a higher poster price.
