Who is this for? +
For: Anyone who wants well-made gear with a competitive running edge.
Description +
The Sub-4 High School Mile poster is printed like a long store receipt on crumpled white paper: FESTIVAL OF MILES across the top, 14 runners and their mile times down the page, a TOTAL MINUTES line of 56:55.62 and ST. LOUIS MO at the bottom.
The race on the receipt
In June 2023, at the Festival of Miles in St. Louis, Missouri, four high school boys broke four minutes in the same mile. The top four lines on this receipt are those four times, led by a winning 3:57.53. It was the first high school only race with four runners under 4:00. The receipt keeps the whole field on the page, not just the top four, because every runner in it helped make the pace.
